BIOgraphy 

Hi! My name is Dawn. I am 49 years old (although people usually think I'm in my early to mid 30's) 5'6" , 165 lbs. , bi-racial, still have all my own teeth.
I figured I would sign up for one of these websites , expand my horizons and meet some new people ( although I'm only really looking for ONE ) since clearly , I have some time to spare. As things sit, I am looking at a release date within the next few months, but should something go awry the longest they can keep me is Sept. 18th. I am single for the first time in many years, and my youngest is off to college at the end of the school year. Going forward into this unfamiliar territory I'm looking forward to living a little! As a person, I do my best not to judge a book by its cover, but i DEFINITELY judge a tree by its fruit, and I believe that for the most part, we reap what we sow. I've been clean and sober going on 3 years now, which hasn't been easy in a place like this. I workout most days of the week (I don't like it, but i do it ...) , I don't do drama, and I stay in my lane. I currently "work" as a librarian, but in the real world I've been working as a Bartender/Waitress for most of my adult life. I get along well with most people. strive to treat everyone with respect and if I don't like you, well, then I just limit contact; I have a lot of acquaintances, but I keep my inner circle small. I take pride in taking care of my man, and its been said that I'm loyal to a fault. I LOVE to laugh, even if its at my own expense. What I am looking for is a generous friend for phone calls , emails, video visits, letters and seeing that I'm getting out soon, maybe more.
