Hey, I’m Quintel Phillips — 40 years young, born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa. I’m a laid-back Aries with a strong mind and a good heart, just looking to connect with someone real who sees past circumstances and into the soul. I’ve been down since 2011, with hopes of an early release through appeal. I’ve grown a lot over the years — spiritually, mentally, and emotionally — and I’m ready to share that growth with someone who values honesty, good conversation, and loyalty.
